Kendrick Brinson/luceo "Sun City: Smile duo"

The photograph I chose shot by Kendrick Brinson is a documentary photograph. The phtographers intentions were to make the viewer smile. The emphasis that the photographer has created is on the two pot people and the word "smile" spelled out in the woodchips. In my opinion, technical matter help the image. I say this because the subjects are in focus and there is a good amount of light exposure. The graphic elements in this photograph are important. Perspective I think would be the most important because of the distance of the pot people away from the camera and the angle at hich the photo is shot lets you see the three demensionalness of the word "smile". This photograph reveals the way that people live in that community. The emotional impact that this photograph has is that it creates a friendly and together kind of feeling. This photograph relates to the other photographs taken by the photographer because it is in Sun City, Arizona where all of the other photographs were taken.
